The production process of using polyurethane elastomer casting machine to produce polyurethane coated wheels:
1. Turn on the polyurethane pouring machine with electricity and gas, set the relevant parameters correctly, and enter the standby state.
2. If it is a new rubber roller core, it is necessary to clean the oil stains on the surface of the iron core with a cleaning agent; if it is an old rubber roller core, it is necessary to remove the encapsulation of the old rubber roller and use the cleaning agent at the same time Clean the remaining glue on the surface of the iron core.
3. The surface of the rubber roller core is roughened: the surface of the rubber roller core is roughened to increase the bonding area between the surface of the rubber roller core and the rubber encapsulation. Sandblasting: The rough-treated rubber roller core is sandblasted. Sandblasting will select different types of sand according to the material of the rubber roller core for sandblasting. Sandblasting is to make the surface of the rubber roller rougher, and the glue and the iron core can be better bonded after encapsulation.
4. Encapsulation: encapsulate the rubber roller core after the above treatment as required. Start the polyurethane pouring machine, and pour the rubber rod iron core in the mold according to the set ratio and glue output.
5. Rubber-coated wheel vulcanization: The rubber-coated rubber roller generally needs 10-15 hours of vulcanization time. After vulcanization, the core of the rubber roller and the rubber will be tightly bonded, and the rubber-coated roller will be formed.
6. Grinding of rubber-coated wheels: Grind according to the size and shape required by customers. When some customers have high requirements on the surface of rubber rollers, they need to use CNC grinders to polish the rubber rollers.
